Heat a pan over medium heat.
Dry roast semolina until it turns golden brown.
In another pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves.
Add chopped onions and green chilies to the pan and sauté until onions turn translucent
Add 2 cups of water to the pan and let it come to a boil.
Slowly add semolina and whey protein powder to the pan and stir continuously to avoid lumps
Add salt to taste and stir well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the upma thickens.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
