Method
- Grind rolled oats in a blender to make a fine powder
- In a mixing bowl, add the powdered oats, whey protein powder, semolina, yogurt, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
- Slowly add water to the bowl and mix until you get a thick batter.
- Grease the idli molds with oil and pour the batter into them.
- Steam the idlis in a steamer for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
