- In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, whey protein powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Slowly add water to the bowl and mix until you get a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to make a thin pancake.
- Drizzle oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom side turns golden brown.
- Flip the chilla and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
