Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein, and adding berries and almonds to it makes it even more nutritious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Mix Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
  • 1/2 Cup  Almonds

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl or glass, layer the Greek yogurt, berries, and almonds
  2. Repeat the layering until you use up all the ingredients.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
