Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Muscleblaze Protein Oats (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 Ripe Banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk (or any milk of your preference)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Toppings: Sliced banana, berries, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the Muscleblaze Protein Oats, mashed banana, almond butter, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if desired).
  2. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, and the oats are coated with the creamy mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soak and soften.
  4. Once chilled and ready to serve, give the mixture a good stir. If it seems too thick, you can add a splash of almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Transfer the creamy oat mixture into a serving bowl.
  6. Top it with sliced bananas, berries, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon for added flavor and texture.
