Chicken and Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 Cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Spoon Whey Protein

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
  2. Add 1 spoon Whey Protein
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken and spinach to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the omelette and fold in half.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
